  I am a frequent shopper at this location but tonight i had one of the worst experiences. I was browsing your too faces collection and i came across the best night ever 4 in 1 eyeshadow collection. I was interested in purchasing but wanted to check to see if each pallette was individually wrapped so i can give them as seperate gifts for Christmas. I chose to open the box as it was not sealed so before purchasing i wanted to be sure they are all sealed. Well as soon i opened the box one of your associates was quick (as if she was watching my every move) to take it from hands. Her exact words "DONT open that" and emphasis on the dont. She basically yelled in my face in front of people. Ive never felt so embarressed and insulted. I felt like a child and being scolded at for doing something. Ive always had good experiences and helpful service but today was nothing like that. Worst customer service by far. Teach your employees to respect their customers or you wont have returning customers.

  Always love Sephora. The staff are always accommodating but I had to go out of my way to make mention of a man today who was behind cash that was so helpful. He went way out of his way to ensure that I found everything I needed and also gave me my birthday gift I inquired about that was late. I will go out of my way to shop at this location. Visually I wished the higher end lipsticks like YSL and Anesthesia lipsticks were presented better.
