If you are getting a new line with Koodo, go to WOW which is just 50 ft away from this place. The people who are working in this place do not care about you, not willing to help to sign with Koodo. I tried to ask them to try to port my number to Koodo and they don't even want to help. Went to WOW mobile and I am a happy customer.
