  This is the worst Diary Queen we’ve ever been to. The service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered a basket of onion rings and a basket of French fries and 2 orders of chicken strips. Our entire order was crammed into the 2 baskets along with a surplus of napkins and ketchup. Leaving less than a single serving of fries and onion rings. When questioning the owner he got angry and hit the baskets in frustration and refused to respond. We won’t be coming back to this Dairy Queen. We’ve never had a good experience there and are extremely disappointed with the behavior of the owner of this particular location.

  Customer service by owners was awful! One time we went there we were charged extra for a change in drinks to a combo even though the new drink we ordered is less than the one included in the combo. When we asked about it the girl helping us was very apologetic and said it was what she had been told but, we could speak with a manager. We said sure. When she went to get the owners they told her they were too busy and that we would just have to come back another time but, we were the only ones in the restaurant!! The poor staff member was so apologetic at the fact that her bosses wouldn’t even come and talk to us. Then this week I ordered a cake for my sons birthday party and when I went to pick it up I also ordered a couple of ice creams as a special reward treat for my kids (the party was days away and they wouldn’t be having any cake for days). The owner belidled me and said in a super condescending tone...”is cake not enough for you? Now you need sundae’s too”. My kids were really upset and worried they had done something wrong since she was so rude. Then there was another issue with the icing colour etc. The problems just kept coming. We will not go back to this location again. Awful service from owners!
