  Nothing but positive experiences at the Mapleview Apple Store. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Few tips for people going into the store: 1) if your issue is software related, save yourself some time and call Apple support to see if the issue can be resolved over the phone. 2) book an appointment, often times the Apple Store is quite busy and without an appointment you’ll be subjected to extended wait times 3) have your proof of purchase/receipts 4) know your Apple ID and password prior to your appointment These are a few tips to having a smooth experience at the Apple Store.
